How usage works

Self-service plans include a usage allowance. Spock shows consumption as a percentage; subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable credit period. The amount of work depends on the models, tools and task size.

Additional usage can be purchased through the available top-up options. Review the amount, price and any expiry before purchase. Enterprise capacity and external-model allowances are agreed separately in the order.

Questions

Can I change level or team size later?

Yes. Move up a level whenever you like and pay the difference straight away; moving down applies from your next renewal. Add people to a team whenever you need to.

How much can I store?

Standard includes 10 GB, Pro 20 GB and Ultra 50 GB. On Business, everyone's storage is pooled for the whole team. Enterprise packages start with a 1.5 TB AI data lake.

What if we outgrow our package?

Move up a size whenever you need to; each time capacity doubles, the price per unit drops. Past Scale, every extra node adds R200,000 per month.

How we size a package

A package proposes shared capacity for your company's own-model workload. User counts below are sizing illustrations; we must check actual task size, concurrency, performance and permitted routing before agreeing a package.

Everyday use
Asking questions, drafting, research and working through documents. Foundation serves about 150 people who use Spock like this.
Heavy use
Agents and automations working through the day. A heavy user needs about three times the capacity, so Foundation serves about 50 of them.

For example

  • Foundation: 120 people drafting and researching.
  • Operate: 80 everyday users and 30 heavy users (80 + 30 × 3 = 170).
  • Operate: 60 people running agents all day (60 × 3 = 180).
  • Scale: 400 people across the business, mostly everyday use.

Premium models

Your order defines own-model capacity and external Premium model allowances. Spock can route automatically to external providers; requests may include relevant context and tool results. Regional restrictions require a verified deployment scope.

Every package includes a pool of Premium use, measured against a Standard Spock plan: 50× a Standard plan's Premium use on Foundation, 100× on Operate and 200× on Scale.

The proposed pool is shared across authorised users. Allocations, permitted models, consumption and any expansion charges must be confirmed in your order.

AI data lake

The data lake combines supported files and connected sources with extracted text, search indexes and embeddings. Supported formats, sources, storage measurement and any relationship indexing are defined for your deployment.

Search can help retrieve relevant source material for answers. Review the sources and output; completeness, accuracy and response speed depend on the data and workload.

A terabyte holds hundreds of thousands of typical office documents. Each extra TB is R2,500 per month.

Engineering sprints

The proposed monthly engineering engagement addresses an agreed scope. Before work starts, we define deliverables, dependencies, time allowance and acceptance; a request is not an unlimited commitment to solve any problem.

How a sprint runs

  1. You bring a problem: a report that takes days, a process run on email and spreadsheets, or a system Spock should connect to.
  2. We agree with you what done looks like.
  3. We build it, whether that's an automation, an agent or a connection to your systems.
  4. We hand it over and walk your team through it.

For example

  • The monthly board pack, built automatically from your ERP export.
  • An agent that checks supplier invoices against orders and flags mismatches.
  • A policy assistant for staff, built on your SharePoint.

A sprint 1x per month is included. Got more on your list? Go to 2x per month for an extra R12,500 per month. From you, we need about 90 minutes with the right person, and someone who knows what your data means.

South African deployment proposal
A requested deployment scope that needs resource, contract and processing review. The quote selection alone does not prove a live South African application, storage, model or backup deployment.

External models, web tools, notifications and support can involve international processing. Country restrictions must cover those flows and human access, with permitted features and safeguards agreed before use.

The indicative regional option adds R25,000 once-off and proposes a 25% deposit instead of 15%. Availability, scope and final fees require an accepted quote.
